Hello! My name is Breah, and I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing and growth. I believe in the power of compassion, connection, and creating a space where you truly feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you explore opportunities for healing and transformation, offering guidance as you navigate life’s challenges and embrace your potential.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Norfolk State University and am a Intern in my final year at Walden University, pursuing my Master’s in Social Work. My professional experience spans various settings, including correctional facilities, outpatient mental health services, Active Duty members and their families, and community-based mental health programs. Focusing on mental health, substance use, providing practical tools for independent living, medication management, community integration, assessing needs, and coordinating services through person-centered and therapeutic approaches like evidence-based approach and cognitive behavioral therapy.

My approach is rooted in empathy and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable discussing your thoughts and emotions. Using evidence-based methods like CBT and person-centered approaches, I work alongside you to identify your strengths, explore your goals, and discover the paths that lead to healing and growth.

It is a privilege to be part of your journey, and I am here to support you every step of the way with care, understanding, and unwavering encouragement
